You can ask LVA to delete your account and the personal information associated with it. You do not have to give a reason.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Deleting your LVA account may not stop a subscription managed by RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or another billing provider.
Before requesting deletion:
Read the Refund Policy for channel-specific instructions.
Email info@lva.app from the address associated with your LVA account. Use the subject LVA account deletion request.
Include:
You do not have to explain why you want the account deleted.
LVA may ask you to confirm a code or reply from the account email before deleting information. We will not ask for a password, full payment-card number, or government identification unless a specific legal requirement makes stronger verification necessary.
If we cannot verify that you control the account, we will explain what is needed to continue.
After verification, LVA will delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, including:
We process the request within the period required by applicable law and will confirm when it is complete or explain any lawful refusal.
LVA may retain a limited record when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute, or other legal purposes. Billing, transaction, and tax records may be kept for 6 years after the end of the relevant fiscal year. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups for up to 90 days.
Retained information is no longer used for ordinary product, marketing, or advertising purposes.
Deleting LVA does not delete your Apple, Google, Facebook, Stripe, or app-store account. LVA will revoke or disconnect linked credentials when supported and required. A provider may keep its own transaction record under its terms and legal obligations.
